The Legal Bit
As with all services we have a duty to ensure you are aware of our Terms & Conditions at all times. These are set out in your contract when you book a Wedding or Event with us but for store orders you'll find them below.
Weddings & Events
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is to be made in order to secure your date. No date will be held until the deposit has been paid. We cannot be held responsible for the date no longer being available between enquiry and booking as it is an automated system allowing wedding dates to be secured on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note that the initial quote provided is a rough guide to the cost of your flowers, this is the minimum spend and will be subject to change following your final detailed consultation to account for any changes that you wish to make and to reflect the market cost of Flowers at the time of ordering.
Please ensure you are happy with the quote provided prior to booking our services, as this will become your minimum spend and any reduction in total cost will be subject to our usual cancellation terms noted below.
You will be provided with two consultations free of charge. Your initial consultation to discuss requirements and provide you with a quote and a final detailed consultation with Sarah 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Consultations with Sarah are held on Tuesday's and Thursday's subject to her availability.
You will have full access to your personal portal where all details will be held, but if you require any further information, you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, please note there may be a delay in response as this inbox is not monitored daily. Further consultations may be arranged at Blooming Belles discretion, but please note these may incur a small fee to cover the cost of our time.
4. Delivery & Setup
Delivery & Setup, if required, will be added to your quote based on distance. Please note this fee covers our travel costs along with time spent travelling and setting up of flowers. Delivery address/es can be changed up until the date of your final consultation.
As fresh foliage and flowers are living products, there are occasions when particular varieties may be unavailable. Whilst every effort i made to source products accordingly, sometimes we are unable to obtain a particular type of flower/foliage so will match this with a comparable flower/foliage.
We will require a signature from yourself or an appointed person at the time of delivery to confirm the delivery is of acceptable condition and quantities are correct. Any queries must be raised within 1 hour of delivery.
Please note that your deposit of £200 is non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstance. For Weddings that have yet to have their final consultation and invoice, the final balance is your quote price, or the quote price of the items you wish to cancel. It is at Blooming Belles' sole discretion whether they choose to waive these charges dependant on circumstance. The sliding scale of charges noted below are deemed fair compensation for loss of income and work completed behind the scenes prior to your Wedding/Event date.
Cancellations made 3 months prior to Wedding Date or beforehand: No charge.
Cancellations made between 61 and 90 days prior to Wedding/Event Date: £50 cancellation fee payable.
Cancellations made between 31 and 60 days prior to Wedding/Event Date: 25% of final balance payable.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to Wedding/Event Date: 50% of final balance payable.
Cancellations made with less than 15 days notice: Full balance payable.
1. Fresh Flowers/Foliage
As fresh foliage and flowers are living products, there are occasions when particular varieties may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source products accordingly, sometimes we are unable to obtain a particular type of flower/foliage so will match this with a comparable flower/foliage type.
Delivery will be attempted once and left in a safe place if nobody is available at the delivery address. If there is no safe place to leave your order then we will get in touch to arrange an alternative solution. Please note, we are not liable to attempt delivery more than once and therefore extra delivery charges may be added to your order in this instance.
If you have chosen to collect your order then please ensure you collect on the date given in your confirmation email. Orders that aren't collected in time will not be refunded and cannot be re-sold as their condition will no longer be optimal.
Once fresh flowers and/or foliage have been delivered/collected we cannot be held responsible for their condition. As they are living products they will open in their own time and last according to their aftercare, we cannot be held responsible for their condition once delivered/collected.
Please note that Fresh Flowers and Foliage are not eligible for returns and/or refunds due to them being perishable. If you have a problem with your order please get in touch with us within an hour of collection/delivery and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
2. Artificial Flowers & Homeware
We have a 14 day returns policy, in line with distance selling rights for all other products bought online.
Please note that if your order is not satisfactory or has arrived damaged then we require you to provide us with photographic proof via email where we will arrange your return and offer you either a refund or a store credit. It is your responsibility to pay for postage and ensure the items get to us safely so that we can process your return. Refunds can take up to 30 working days to reach you.
3. Order Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations of orders once you have received your order confirmation as quite often it will already be in production. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
